Finally understand how your mouth, body, and symptoms actually connect.
The step-by-step framework to help you make sense of cavities, gum issues, airway, hormones, your child's development, and the "why" behind it all.
Join the Blueprint
• You're getting cavities despite taking care of your teeth
• Your gums stay inflamed or keep receding
• You're waking up tired, grinding your teeth, or dealing with jaw pain
• Your child has been told to "wait and see"
• Pregnancy, postpartum, or hormonal changes suddenly changed your oral health
• You're leaving appointments with more questions than answers
Â
Then comes another recommendation.
A filling.
A crown.
A deep cleaning.
A night guard.
Maybe even surgery.
But no one has explained why this keeps happening. It's feels like you're managing problems—not preventing them.
Imagine walking into your appointment already understanding what's being discussed.
Knowing what questions to ask.
Understanding why a recommendation was made.
Recognizing when there's another option worth exploring.
Making decisions because you understand your health, not because you're overwhelmed.
That’s exactly why I created:
✨ The Mouth to Body Blueprint
The framework that connects everything you've been trying to piece together, so you can understand what's happening, make informed decisions, and stop bouncing between conflicting advice.
This program is for you if:
- You're tired of hearing "just keep watching it" when you know something still doesn't feel right.
- Every provider seems to focus on one piece, but no one explains how it all fits together.
- You've spent hours researching cavities, airway, nutrition, hormones, tongue ties, or the microbiome... and somehow you're more confused than when you started.
- You want to make informed decisions about treatment instead of saying yes because you don't know what else to do.
- You want to understand what's happening in your own mouth, and know what to look for in your kids, too.
- You're looking for an approach that's grounded in both science and whole-body health, without feeling extreme or fear-based.
- You want to get more out of every dental appointment because you understand what's being discussed and know what questions to ask.
My story started long before I knew it.
As a child, I always had cavities despite brushing, fluoride, and regular dental care. At the time, I didn't think much of it. I just assumed I had "bad teeth."
Then I became a dentist.
And then I became a mom.
Suddenly, the questions became personal.
I struggled with breastfeeding. Both of my children had tongue ties. I developed preeclampsia during both pregnancies. Years later, I discovered I had sleep apnea myself. Even after a tongue tie release and myofunctional therapy, I realized there were still more layers to uncover.
At the same time, I was seeing patients every day asking the very same question:
"I'm doing everything right... so why is this still happening?"
The more I learned, the more I realized these weren't isolated issues.
The mouth isn't separate from the rest of the body.
Neither are the answers.
That realization completely changed the way I practice dentistry and sent me down a path of studying airway health, nutrition, oral microbiome, hormones, sleep, facial development, and the connections most of us were never taught to see.
That's why I created the Mouth to Body Blueprint.
Not to replace your dentist.
Not to overwhelm you with more information.
But to help you finally connect the dots.
What one mom shared after taking the Mouth to Body Blueprint...
"I am blown away by what I learned! I'm a fairly healthy person and know a tremendous amount about health and wellness, yet I learned so much from this course.
You just don't learn much growing up about the mouth other than brushing and flossing. You think if you do a good job with that, you're good to go. It turns out there is so much more to know.
We learned the hard way this year that these popular teen drinks wreak havoc in the mouth. One of my boys has seven cavities. But we can return his mouth biome to normal by implementing what we've learned in this course."
-Lisa Shaw, Mom and Physical Therapist

But it isn't just a course you'll finish. It's a resource you'll come back to.
As life changes, so do the questions.
Pregnancy.
A child who's snoring.
An unexpected cavity.
A treatment plan you weren't expecting.
Hormonal changes.
A dental emergency.
Instead of searching the internet every time something new comes up, you'll already have a trusted resource to come back to.
A framework to understand today. A resource to return to tomorrow.

"Dr. Brittany has taught me to look beyond the surface and understand that what we see in the mouth often reflects deeper underlying conditions. She approaches each patient with curiosity, care, and a commitment to root-cause thinking that most providers never learn." — Audrey Burbidge, RDH
“Before working with Dr. Brittany, I never fully connected oral health to the rest of the body. She’s taught me to look at things like breathing, tongue posture, and lifestyle in a whole new way. It’s changed how I see my patients health every day.” —Olymphia Davis, RDH

What if I don’t have time for this? This course was built for busy lives. The lessons are short, the PDFs make it easy to find what you need later, and you can move through it at your own pace. You don't have to finish it in a weekend. Even one lesson can change how you approach your oral health.
What makes the Mouth to Body Blueprint different? Most oral health education focuses on one piece of the puzzle. Cavities. Gum disease. Airway. Nutrition. This course connects all of it. You'll learn how oral health changes throughout life, how the mouth connects to the rest of the body, and how to make informed decisions whether you're dealing with cavities, airway concerns, pregnancy, your kids' development, hormonal changes, or treatment recommendations from your dentist.
Is this right for me if I’ve already tried improving my oral health? Yes, especially if you’ve felt like something still isn’t adding up. Most people have good information. They just haven't been shown how it all fits together.
Is this only for people with cavities? No. Cavities are one part of the course, but the Blueprint is designed to help you understand oral health across every stage of life. It covers airway, gum health, nutrition, pregnancy, children's development, hormones, treatment decisions, and how the mouth connects to the rest of the body.
Do I need a holistic or biological dentist for this to help me? Not at all. One of the goals of this course is helping you understand what's happening so you can have better conversations with whatever provider you see. Whether you work with a traditional dentist, a biological dentist, or a team of providers, you'll be better equipped to understand your options and advocate for your health.
Why can't my dentist just explain all of this?  Most providers genuinely want to help. But appointments are short, treatment needs to be addressed, and there's rarely enough time to step back, review your full health history, connect the dots, and explain how airway, nutrition, hormones, development, lifestyle, and oral health all influence one another. No one knows your health history, your symptoms, your family's experiences, and your priorities better than you do. The Mouth to Body Blueprint gives you the framework to understand those connections so you can walk into appointments asking better questions, understanding your options, and making decisions with confidence.
How long do I have access? You’ll have lifetime access to the course, so you can move through it at your own pace, and come back to it to reference as you go through different seasons and needs change — whether that’s during pregnancy, for your kids, or later in life.
What is the community space for? The community is there to support you as you move through the course - a place to ask questions, learn, and feel less alone in the process. It’s not a space for personalized medical advice, but for guidance, shared learning, and deeper understanding.
